Ya know I have been on the CEDIA forum, from time to time, and it seems like no one uses it. Any of you CEDIA members know it exsists?

I thought they promoted the "shared knowledge bank" you add to it and you get credits, then you can use the credits to find out what you may need to know. Didn't realize there was an actual forum.
I like the comment above, "how much does it cost?" that is funny...

I go there at least once a week but it is really slow.
I'm always right. The only time I was wrong was the time that I thought, that I was wrong.

slow!? I like IP and the CEDIA forum, but both seem to be dead in the water.

Yea, it's a shame IP has been left alone, I check there regularly, but it seems that most of the people that were posting there are here.

don't forget that IP got started because people here wanted to discuss some more sensitive information and thought that a less public place was better

I look in at IP now and again. I've left it largely alone because (A) it's down a lot and (B) I can't seem to get anyone's attention to get certified. Left emails, nothin'.

CEDIA's forum should be more active, but is not. I'm guessing no one knows it's there; I keep forgetting about it....

Yeah, well, Brazil seems to have different ideas about that!

About the CEDIA Forum: okay, how much DOES it cost? Do you have to be a member? If they do not answer emails about this, why would I want to throw ANY money on them for anything? (I think that lack of response shows lack of interest. Lack of interest in their members' improvement or problem-solving negates their purpose.)
A good answer is easier with a clear question giving the make and model of everything.

I wasn't aware CEDIA had a forum, I don't remember anyone mentioning there was one.

The problem I always had with IP was that there are too many sections and not enough users.
