Things to know about Cap.
1. We are no longer carrying Crimson. Excellent company, but with Chief, Sanus, Peerless and Omnimount, how many TV and Projector mounting manufacturers can we fairly supply?
2. Note that we carry Chief. Note that we carry many commercial brands, and have expertise in specifying projects, from humble to large.
3. Note we are in the Twin Cities. We do not stock all of Chief's products; for that matter, neither does Chief. But we can certainly help you with them.
4. It is always prudent to have multiple lines of supply...

"how many TV and Projector mounting manufacturers can we fairly supply?" and "It is always prudent to have multiple lines of supply..."-

two comments that more suppliers and manufacturers need to think about when they set ridiculous annual quotas for dealers.

The quotas for for sure. The same companies that set crazy numbers to hit one year could be gone or snatched up the next, lol.

I understand and would expect there could be a pricing difference between a dealer that does 10k or 100k. But, in today's automated world, there's no reason those two dealers shouldn't get the same customer service. And for the record, all the local guys I use in town are great!

I once saw a LARGE TV manufacturer decline a dealer app because the guy got a arrested for fishing without a license - 3 years earlier.

I can understand this example...that's absolute sacrilege!
