I thought so too, until I heard one person point out the biggest flaw in the whole movie. To be this giant racist, there was one slur Eastwood never said in the movie, which after you realize it, you see how unrealistic the film is. Unfortunately, this kind of ruined the movie for me. Kind of like watching a sex scene where the girl keeps her bra on.

I meant all the Clint movies. Never really saw one I didn't care for, but one of the best was with:

Clyde

If we're talking "typical" Clint Eastwood movies.  I go with "High Plains Drifter".

If we're talking the best Clint Eastwood movie ever?  "Play Misty For me"

I say Josie Wales beats both. But, regarding High Plains Drifter, it’s hard to not like a movie that has both a midget and a rape scene committed by the hero.

Not really a fan. I’ll watch them, but not seek them out

I like them all but yes The Gauntlet is a turd along with Firefox.
Clint, Charlie and Quinten and I am good for awhile with the occasional bad B-Sci Fi flick thrown in.
