GenIV and lilin

All of their models? Do ANY of their models do this? Which models did you test?

Thanks for the details.
A good answer is easier with a clear question giving the make and model of everything.

yes, every model of those manufactures that I had an opportunity to test. No I don't recall the model numbers.
I just know that tech support at each company pointed their fingers at the other guy.

I have a Clare version. It has multiple issues
One issue is that it has some compatibility issues with some doorbell transformers. Mine used to create a low level vibration that was simply annoying every time I’d walk by. It’s this reason that nest hello has a part that attaches to the chime.
It also had an issue with updating its software. I actually had a Clare employee at my house witness these issues.

I just did a Ring yesterday that seemed to cause the doorbell to buzz. Did some trouble shooting, turns out that who ever put the doorbell in originally wired the transformer to the back door. As soon as I put the correct leads to the correct terminals, everything started working fine. Was probably like that for 20 years.
Hey, careful man, there's a beverage here!

I replaced the Clare with a nest hello and the buzzing stopped.

Are you positive about that? Are you sure you had all settings correct? Enabled Onvif in the Doorbird?
