Certain model Ubee's require you to call to get them into bridge mode. Others, you can login using the last 8 of the MAC address as the user name and c0nf1gur3m3 as the password. Turn off WiFi, Turn of DHCP, then turn off PNAT. Do it in that order.
I don't see them much anymore in Florida but they are still in use with Brighthouse/Spectrum.
Your info is correct for us but I have to unhook the coax feed and then factory default the gateway for it to accept the MAC address/password combo listed above. Once I'm logged in that way, the "Tools" section is shown and bridging is an option.
After that, I hook the coax back up and reboot (don't default). If I remember correctly, I have to log back in using user/user and turn WiFi off.
