Any reviews or opinions on the Lutron keypad? I have been testing at home, works as advertised. I have had the iPort keypad on order since November of 2016, it seems to have the RTI two week release issue.

I just commissioned a 40 device caseta system with 3 of these. Found that if there was nothing paused then hitting play didnt do anything. I also couldnt get it to reliably pull a favorite playlist. Volume worked fine. I went ahead and programmed the center button to tell control4 to select the pre-programmed favorite.
Its nice to have a hard point of control for sonos but im not sure its really worth it to have.

Installed a dozen of them in Sonos / Ra2 standalone system.
They work as advertised, response is instantaneous when buttons is pressed, I found no lag what so ever.
They are primarily used as a "pause & volume" button so owner doesn't have to pull out their phones.

Old guys head explodes. Count me as old A/V guy who disagrees with this. Audio keypads with no feedback are great. They allow for quick on/off, volume control and single (or double) favorites selection.....the "feedback" keypad should always be i the pocket but may be ringing or doing something else when it is needed. A cost efficent way to get basic control in to secondary and tertiary zones

I concur with Jrain.
Picos are great and all buttons are programmable. They can do anything you want in a URC Total Control system. The Dash OS Lutron module is the power behind the madness.

Old guys head explodes. I'm all about a few stupid hard buttons, but that's just me. btw, you don't need a home automation system for the Pico Audio. You just need a Lutron Smart Bridge (ClearConnet/IP gateway). On the other hand, iPort communicates directly to Sonos over Wi-Fi.
