Count me as old A/V guy who disagrees with this.
Audio keypads with no feedback are great. They allow for quick on/off, volume control and single (or double) favorites selection.....the "feedback" keypad should always be i the pocket but may be ringing or doing something else when it is needed. A cost efficent way to get basic control in to secondary and tertiary zones
