After visiting the Sonos forums, one of the most repeated things I read was the lack of DTS support, and this still doesn't support DTS ? And still no HDMI switching ?
I've never heard a customer or friend say they need or want a playbase, and have never seen one at a customers or friends house. Maybe I'm in the wrong circle.

I say that any client of mine, existing or potential, that shops on the internet to save a few bucks, is "not my client". :) Sound familiar?
I do not have the time or patience to deal with the things that are being complained about here. I do not have my clients calling me saying that they can get the SONOS PLAY:whatever online for less. I do not have clients calling me asking if I can come hook up the SONOS PLAY:whatever they already bought online. It just does not happen. I know my clients are getting the emails and the ads and the popups in the SONOS app. Am I just lucky not to have had any of the problems I am seeing mentioned in this thread?
Are you guys really having your existing customers call you and bitch at you for charging them retail for SONOS because they are seeing ads pop up in the app or on FB or in their email? Really?
And how DARE a product get launched with no leaks prior? All the dealers involved in beta testing or otherwise "in the know" actually abode by the NDAs they signed. How DARE they have the morals and ethics to not leak the info before release?
