Yeah I should get that but I'm a little stubborn about it with a few of my customers. I did pay myself, not a lot but this particular time I did have to eventually go back over there because of another minor loose end I inflicted on myself. It was still amazing to me though that a person would delete the app then instead of signing in opening a new account.
Great policy 3Ped I like where you draw the line. Warranty the installation of any equip you sell but not the ability of everyone in the house to retain the basic knowledge of how to maintain their system.
