Wbox is A-! house brand. A-! has been selling the Black Bull label from K=yD!g. Most certainly it is rebranded from K=yD!g.

Be aware that the fact Key Digital products are similar to each other, but different code sets were used to make them work.

Learned a hard way last week.

It's not the name brand (don't know why he did that) but the distributor that is usually scrambled.
Fear was always customer sees the thread, contacts the distributor, and sets up their own account to buy stuff at cost. Because most distributors are whores and they will do just that.

But between Amazon & eBay these days, just about everything can be had at cost anyway. Without a customer going thru the hassles of setting up a fake identity with a distributor. So there really is no need these days.

I used one in a pinch on a out of town job. It's been working fine. It ships with an IR remote so you can easily make a driver for it.

I tried one yesterday that was labeled 4K, however it would not pass it through from DirecTV. Just a heads up. I ended up using a spare Cat5 and a Vanco HDBT extender. All set. I'm not sure if it's a bad switch (passed through AppleTV and cable), or a compatibility thing.
