Tap plastics can fabricate plexi / plastic rings or washers for you. Maybe there is one in your town? Or another custom plastic fabricating shop?
Did this when the plaster crew decided not to follow directions and trimmed out the holes around 1/2 dozen Ipad docks to the outer part of the pre construction ring instead of the inner. It was cheaper and easier to have fillers cut then have the "level 5" plaster refinished around each dock.
