It's hard to take someone seriously when their first post is to publicly bash a company with a track record of going out if their way to help. From what I read, it sounds like they offered to swap it and YOU chose not to. Why didn't you do the swap when it was offered? Did you not want to go through the trouble of swapping the hardware? I think it's telling that the first response if from Snap themselves, and trust me when I tell you that G Paul will go out of his way to help ANY dealer.

9 minute reply from a manufacture with email and personal mobile number, I am impressed.

We dont buy a ton of stuff from Snap, but whenever I have to call support for anything they have been responsive and good to deal with.

I think its unreasonable to expect a offer to have no expiration date.

Its been 6 months. If a customer you wrote a quote for 6 months ago finally showed back up at your doorstep would you honor the quote 100% as written then?

I don't give that information until the 10th date, at least.

Why did HoundDog delete the message?

If it's being handled, then great, good for HoundDog, good for SNAP, and it's only to SNAP's good reputation that it be made public. If, on the other hand, he came across as unreasonable, as the prior posts imply, then deleting the post only makes us imagine the worst.

Come on, HD, tell us what happened and leave it for the record! You think the folks in your life don't know how you behave? Share it with us!

SNAP definitely deserves credit for handling it, and if you were just too ticked off to be reasonable* or something and are embarrassed by it, put on your big boy pants and let us in on what happened. We all make mistakes!

You had better order your carnation now. This is not Austin. Even an advance order might not get the required inducement to arrive on time.

Jules is BAD....

You get nine dates, then she kicks you to the curb. ;-)
