Unless it's a deal breaker, I almost never sell tube TVs. I just tell my clients to have the set delivered from Best Buy, and I'll connect for them. There's just no money in tubes any longer, and they weigh a ton.

I think it's horrible that you guys keep trying to pull the wool over people eyes so they don't know about having to refill their plasmas every year. Next think you know you're going to try to convince me that call girls only have sex with me because I pay them. NO, I'm paying them for their COMPANY. The sex is only because they want to. And I can prove it because one girl didn't have sex with me and stole my wallet.

I do, IF it's a small set, or an old tube item.
Why sell an item for $500.00 to make $50.00 or
less?

Understandable, but we were on the topics of plasmas. Thats why it seemed so mind boggling to me.

We as a company don't like to sell tvs at all... too little profit for us at this time... however, we make exceptions, and we usually will provide tvs (all kinds) when we have a signed contract on a whole house/surround sound system...

Beyond that, we have a small warehouse... not big by anymeans, and it sucks having a tv in stock when the client isn't ready for it. More often it winds up in my show room which is a little shitty when I have to show off the goods...

Met with a person yesterday that was told by a
salesperson at CC that a plasma would have to
be refilled at least once every 5 years, at a
cost that exceeded the initial purchase price.

And the same person had this stupidity backed
up by a salesperson at Sear's on the same day.

That is TOTALLY ridiculous!! Any idiot knows Plasma TV's don't have to be refilled for AT LEAST 7 years. :)

Due to increased demand my mate Scotty is doing some great deals on plasma injectors.
