OK Everyone,

We all know this can be the most stressful time of the year, professionally and maybe even personally. The holidays are coming, and EVERYONE (even the couple down the street who hasn't broken ground yet) needs to be in three days before Thanksgiving!

That said, I stumbled across this site today, and with the exception of QQQ's recent rapier wit...it's the funniest compilation of stuff to brighten a day that I've seen in a while (well, certain sections at least!)

post your own, and let's have some laughs!

THIRTEEN THOUGHTS FOR THE DAY
13. Never take life too seriously. Nobody gets out alive anyway.
12. Life is sexually transmitted.
11. Health is merely the slowest possible rate at which one can die. 10. Men have two emotions: hungry and horny. If you see him without an erection, make him a sandwich.
9. Give a person a fish and you feed them for a day; teach a person to
use the Internet and they won't bother you for weeks.
8. Some people are like Slinkies...not really good for anything, but you still can't help but smile when you see one tumble down the stairs.
7. Health nuts are going to feel stupid someday, lying in hospitals
dying of nothing.
6. Whenever I feel blue, I start breathing again.
5. All of us could take a lesson from the weather. It pays no attention
to criticism.
4. Why does a slight tax increase cost you two hundred dollars and a
substantial tax cut saves you thirty cents?
3. In the 60's people took acid to make the world weird. Now the World is weird and people take Prozac to make it normal.
2. Politics is supposed to be the second oldest profession. I have come to realize that it bears a very close resemblance to the first.

And the number 1 thought for the day:
You read about all these Terrorists - most of them came here legally,
but they hung around on these expired visas, some as long as 10-15
years. Now, compare that to Blockbuster; you are two days late with a
video and those people are all over you. I think we should put
Blockbuster in charge of immigration.

to my loving wife...
Remember; Marriage is the number one cause of divorce.

Statistically 100% of all divorces started with marriage!

I married Miss Right. I just didn't know her first name was Always.

I haven't spoken to my wife for 18 months. I don't like to interrupt her.

Marriage is a 3-ring circus: Engagement ring, wedding ring, and suffering.

The last fight was my fault. My wife asked, "What's on the TV?" I said,
"Dust!"

In the beginning, God created earth and rested.
Then God created man and rested.
Then God created woman.
Since then, neither God nor man has rested.

The most effective way to remember your wife's birthday is to forget it once.

Just think, if it weren't for marriage, men would go through life thinking
they had no faults at all.

If you want your wife to listen and pay undivided attention to every word you
say, talk in your sleep.

Then there was a man who said, "I never knew what real happiness was until I
got married; and then it was too late."

Q: How do most men define marriage?
A: An expensive way to get laundry done for free.
I may be schizophrenic, but at least I have each other.

How many of you CEDIA members got hit with one of these Nigerian e-mail scams form Bassey Osai. CEDIA's list was compromised and many of us got contacted. Hopefully we're all too smart but its sad that some people (especially older ones with life savings to lose) get baited by these.

This story below had me rolling out of my chair....

Enjoy

I got the Nigerian scam letter as well in both my Fax and Email. I didn't even think it was revealed from CEDIA membership. Disappointed, but not surprised. Have you seen seen the latest... scary
