Looking at the quick reference guide it says the 12v out are not programmable. Does it mean I have to use the relays if I use the msc400?

Very tempted to get it but the size is an issue.

There's a 500ma 12v constant voltage out and 2 programmable relays on the back of a MSC400. You wire the 12v to the relay with a simple 4 inch jumper and then program the relay to open or close and provide control voltage to the device.

I use it to trigger power on a Monster MPHTS5100 and it works very well.

It has 2 constant 12v outs which you may loop through the programmable relays to make your triggers. Yes it's pretty big but has lots of goodies on the back.
