Not every night. Between Buffalo Trace under predicting the bourbon demand and the liquor stores in NC being distributed by the state, Trace products can be hard to find here

Over the last few weeks I've been working on perfecting a lemonade shine to take to my wife's family reunion next month. I've combined old Lemondrop shine recipes with limoncello recipes. And My Guinea pigs have said it's pretty damn good.

But tonight is an Eagles Rare night 😀

Have you tried Clyde Mays Straight?
I have mixed emotions about it. Its sourced if you read the lable close enough.
Its got a stout burn thats not unpleasent but for me its a complicated palet with a lingering pleasent finish that keeps you thinking.
By far not my favorite but fun.
My go too still the Trace.

I have not. Our liquor stores here are run by the state, and it makes for a bit of a limited selection some times. Iíll have to look for it when Iím traveling. Back at thanksgiving though I did try Statesmen from Old Forester. It was made for the new Kingsmen Movie. It was good with a decent heat. But for the price, Iíd rather two bottles of Trace.

That said, Iíve got a bottle of Blantonís that someone gave me for Christmas.

Have not tried it yet, but I did watch it get bottled and sealed by hand when I toured the distillery.
