Custom Integrators beware of the NO DISCREET COMMANDS. This is another Mfg. claiming to be a "Custom Solution" for Video, but are so behind the times. Now for the RS-232 integrators, the inputs have discreet commands, but the power is still a toggle. I had to find out the hard way, so hopefully this helps in your plasma TV selection.

Thanks for the warning. I would like to see these types of warnings more often.

I'll have to add that I thought it would be nice to have a lower end plasma model with pretty good composite and component picture. After installing 2 and calling tech support and getting a rs -232 set of codes and a vague reply that the engineers could have some ir discretes for me...that was the last 2 Ben Q's installed. What a shame.

The BenQ's work great for simple installed that don't require RS-232 or discreet IR codes. I have had great results with these displays. Fills the requirement for a lower end large plasma display.
