I'll have to add that I thought it would be nice to have a lower end plasma model with pretty good composite and component picture. After installing 2 and calling tech support and getting a rs -232 set of codes and a vague reply that the engineers could have some ir discretes for me...that was the last 2 Ben Q's installed. What a shame.
