The Hex Code in Post 11 is NEC1 Protocol and sends the Code once or as long as it is pressed for.
The Hex Code in the Link in Post 14 is NEC2 Protocol and is like NEC1 but repeats the entire pattern.
Here are both Power Toggle and OFF as NEC2 Protocol, which should be used.
