I am unsure what to do in this situation. I have a high definition television and the only hd input is being used by my cable box. I have a xbox with hd wires to hook up to my tv but I do not want to unplug the cable every time to do this because I am afraid doing this too much will ruin the jacks is there some sort of splitter or a/b switch box I could use for hdtv and not lose signal quality?
Thanks,
Mario

Im not sure what type of connection yours is using, but if its component, they make an A/B type switch for component cables. Not sure exactly where to get them, but I know they exist. Might try searching on E-bay for "component switch" etc.
No, I wont install your plasma with an orange extension cord hanging down the wall.

You have no Surround Sond Receiver in the Mix? Most newer receivers provide componant level switcheing. Some of them are HD compatable as well.....
