I am unsure what to do in this situation. I have a high definition television and the only hd input is being used by my cable box. I have a xbox with hd wires to hook up to my tv but I do not want to unplug the cable every time to do this because I am afraid doing this too much will ruin the jacks is there some sort of splitter or a/b switch box I could use for hdtv and not lose signal quality?
