The photo is very poor (was taken with a phone at CEDIA London), but a photo it is. [Link: box.net]

It's really a nice Pic, I can't see shit. Get yourself a new phone before a new remote.

Almost looks like a Nevo SL. Relatively same screen size and possibly a similar hard button offering.

Thanks very much. Sure, the pix is poor, but not so bad that one can't grasp the basic configuration. I wonder why Philips hasn't released any good quality pix -- after all, the remote is on "public" display.

Ever time I tried to get a closer look the remote was taken from the bloke looking at it and put out of sight. It was not on display on the main stand and after about 20 mins it was put back into a locked cupboard!

Check out the photos of 9400 at FCC [Link: gullfoss2.fcc.gov]It looks just like Nevo, but has removable battery which might be the biggest selling feature.

Thanks for posting the link action! Cool to finally see the TSU9400 up close. It's too bad they did not include Menu, Guide, Info, and Exit across the bottom of the remote with the back button being moved below the channel buttons instead. Would have made a lot more sense to me. Images from the PDF document: Pic 01, Pic 02, Pic 03, Pic 04, Pic 05

Thanks to everyone that posted the pictures.
I am a custom integrator and the Phillips Pronto remote has been a staple in our surround sound systems since they were first introduced. We have sold hundreds of prontos since the TS1000 came out. The TSU7500 is in every family room (and some Theaters) we sell.
The question I have is who is Phillips talking to to get their research?? Did they not consult with an integrator that will sell most of these remotes for them?
The hard button icons terrible! They would be better off engraving words over the buttons.
NO GUIDE BUTTON?! The guide button is certainly more valuable than an reverse arrow (For back I suppose?). Do I have to get my P-touch out now?
With great sites like these promoting their use, you would think they (Philips) would have separate discrete on and off buttons instead of the crappy power icon button. I know that this is what the 9200 has.
What about the icon below the channel buttons. What is That? Please do not say backlight!
And now for the charger. Looks like they are reverting to original style "no click" charging base. Hopefully what we are seeing is a prototype that has been refined since as this is a poor design that failed quite often if the remote was not positioned just right after use.
I don't mean to Knock Philips too hard, as we will probably still sell the remote since all the time we have into our interface. But it would have been nice to have been a part of the design process since we sell so many. I have taken part in a beta test in the past for software but have yet to stumble on a hardware beta..

there is a guide button....it looks like an open book icon. It's below the Channel up/down button.
