Any of the RF basestations from URC will allow you to assign emitter ports (I believe this includes the inexpensive basestations included in the RFS200 kits, but not certain). I would recommend a MRF260 or even better, an MRF350 if budget allows. The 260 has 4 ports that are assignable, but the antenna is built into the basestation. IF you have an issue with RF interference, it is difficult to fix with this basestation. The MRF350's antenna is external and can be placed anywhere (lower is better). This basestation has 6 assignable ports. You did not list a budget. Also, if you are going to be setting this up yourself or hiring someone. The majority of the quality RF remotes from URC are pro remotes which are programmed with software available to dealers only. You can however, try to find a local dealer that will supply you with the software if you are looking to program yourself. URC will not give you the software or offer support, that would be up to your dealer. I do not recommend buying online as these are not authorized dealers, so again, no support.

Once you list your budget, it would be easier to offer suggestions as to what is the best way to go. I can say that what you are looking to do is very easy to do with URC.

Thank you for reply! Budget is 100-300$ for one zone. There is three floor + townhouse, and RF must hit in all corners. It may be philips, or thompson. It's no matter in brand.

$300 will buy you a 10 device URC MX350 & RF Base MRF260. Not their best remote, but will give you what you need. Where is the equipment going to be located in your 3 floor townhouse?

Four zones in a basement, two zones on 1st floor, 1 zone on the second floor (with all devices in a cabinet). and 2 zones on the third floor.

So you are going to wire (or it's already been wired) for 9 zones? Specifically, what equipment are you using for these 9 zones? I can't say anything about the Harmony other than it won't give you control of 2 similar devices (easily or reliably).

There is eth cat 5 and cat 7 in all zones. And there is no IR emitter wires.
In all zones are tv and sound bar (maybe something additional). in cabinet all sources (Dune HD Max, dune tv-301, Sat reciever, bose lifestyle v35,apple tv). Harmony is more interesting because of easy setup.
What about this?

Can the URC MX-5000 work with MRF-350 and MRF-260 at the same time?
Has the MX-5000 IR?

Has the MX-5000 IR?

I'm not going to comment on "Harmony easy set-up", as I don't think that will ultimately be the case. As for your MX5000/MRF350/MRF260 questions, the answers are all yes. My best advice, hire a pro...

The MX-5000 and the Harmony should probably not be used in the same post when looking for suggestions. Even if the URC appears to be more primitive than the URC remote the Harmony will simply not program better. All the "behind the scenes assumptions" a Harmony remote tends can make for some hair pulling experiences. Most if not all of the customer I have sold controllers to, did some work for, or utilize other services have had a harmony in the past. They have since graduated to better controllers that complement their system and they can be made to be more customized for the experience.

URC Professional Series remotes will all work in tandem with each other as long as you are using an MRF-260 & MRF-350 extenders and MSC-400 control processor. The budget you have indicated is not going to work with an MX-5000 which has two way control, haptic feedback, full graphic customability, wi-fi, and other features that are premium to the lower tier remotes like the MX-350, MX-850, MX-780, & MX-900. However, the lower tier remotes are extremely reliable and program well. All of these remotes and the higher models have IR port routing

Please note that URC remotes are not wizard based and the professional series are best purchased through an authorized dealer who can program them as well.
