Does anyone out there know of a version of pronto4.0 that will run on the ipaq pda, so you dont have to transfer files back and forth from your computer to your pda.

ProntoEdit 4.0 won't even run on a Mac, never mind a PDA.

What's the problem to transfer the files? You do this every day anyway when synchronizing. Just put you iPAQ in the cradle, place your ccf in the ...MyDocuments folder and start Tonto or Prontoedit by clickining on the ccf-file. If you save your file, it gets sent to the PDA automatically. Even better as with the Pronto...

Yea i know i do that every day, i am looking to be able to eliminate the need to have to edit on one machine and transfer to my pda. Iwould like to the whole works on the pda.
