What's the problem to transfer the files? You do this every day anyway when synchronizing.
Just put you iPAQ in the cradle, place your ccf in the ...MyDocuments folder and start Tonto or Prontoedit by clickining on the ccf-file. If you save your file, it gets sent to the PDA automatically. Even better as with the Pronto...
