Have you tried loading the sample program file that is included with the module? Does that work?

I tried that this evening but still not having any luck... a friend of mine is an old alarm installer so i plan to have him come out during the holidays to see if he can work some magic on the control system.
Thanks for the help and suggestions!

I'm sure you've fixed this by now but the IT-100 has to be assigned a port since it in essence includes a keypad. I've done it several times and by default they all get assigned to same port as main keypad.

dont be so sure :)... i actually broke it all further... i tried move the IT-100 into my server room to totally eliminate the QM-RMC and now i can not get any output from the IT-100. I used to atleast get some feedback using the laptop and a putty session, but now nothing... i also went as far as to do a hard reset on the whole panel, but still no love.
Should i remove the keypad from the system to see if that helps? Im about to purchase another IT-100 just to see if i some how broke it while removing it from the panel and walking down the stairs :?
any other suggestions would be great. I really dont want to replace the panel but with the amount of time i have spent trying to put this together, it might be cheaper.

You have to have at least 1 DSC keypad in the system for the IT-100 to work. I'm thinking maybe you got a bad card. On all my Crestron systems, I've just plugged them into the DSC and they work every time.

ALRIGHT!
New IT-100 seems to be working. It did just as everyone said and just works. No special configuration needed. Thank you all for the help!
