That's all good info, but what do you need from us?
The MX950 is not a wizard remote - if you dont want to program it yourself you'll need to hire a pro.

I want to program it myself. I have all my devices already in the MX950 but cannot make it turn on my TV & Receiver, Tivo with the right setting at the same time I was told the remote could do this. I had a Hamory 670 it could all that but was slow told buy mx950 better.

Go into the "Help" tab in the programming software and open up the "User Guide" and read the section on "Macro Programming".

As stated, that should be your first step. Then, you should attempt the programming to the best of your abilities and come up with specific questions to ask.

What might also help is reading our review of the MX-950... goes pretty much through the software.

The macro programming help menu should definitely help you. Essentially what you need to do is set up a new page with the buttons that you want like "Watch TV" Watch DVD" etc. Then you need to add a macro to that button. In your example the Watch TV Macro would be:

Sony TV KDF-60WF655 Power On
Onkyo Av Receiver TX-DS777 Power On
Cable Comcast with a TIVO Series 3 DVR Power On
Onkyo Av Receiver TX-DS777 Video 1
Sony TV KDF-60WF655 Video 7
And All others off - with Macros you don't really need this command but if you want to program you can just add two more steps with the Power off commands.

notice I split up the commands based on devices. Usually the TV has the longest start up time so you don't want the Input command to follow the Power On command immediately.

As for the cable box... are you sure about this device? I didn't think comcast was shipping their Tivo units yet. Are you sure it's not a Motorola or Scientific Atlanta DVR? If it is a Tivo from Comcast what part of the country are you in... I'm jealous
