Excuse my ignorance about the subject, but ran into a problem as u can see at the time of this thread. I brought this remote yesterday and have put about 5 hours into it thus far. I have gotten as far as programming my devices to work accordingly and did something to botch that up now nothing works. I tried to start from scratch w/ new templates: went to getting the codes from data base and testing them which worked fine yesterday but they won't test with the same ir info today. Had no idea what I was buying. Just thought this would be a nice remote to have so my daughter could push a button linked to her cartoon channels. Any help is well appreciated as I am way over my head.

ps. anyway to clear memory?

You could try to reset the remote by holding down the main button until the setup screen comes up and then restore to factory defaults. Just make sure that you have a backup of your work as this will reset to factory defaults and then you must re-upload your file to the remote. Also there is a reset button in the battery compartment which will not require you to re-upload your file to the remote. Also check your IR/RF settings in the editor program.

Thanks 1ziggi1! I did press that restore button and tried everything from the beginning once again. I'm glad to announce that I am currently operating 3 devices with the remote. I know this is the smallest achievment, but i've been through alot. I just have to come to terms with creating custom features for my daughter. Thanks once again for your help.
