I have a question about the MX-900 and the Samsung 52 LCD LNT5265FX.

Is there a different way to switch inputs on the TV to jump to the proper input? For example: If I'm on Component 1 and I want to switch to Video 1
I have found the only way to switch inputs on the TV was to go from Component 1 to Video 3 (or other) then back to Video 1 to get it working properly. Is there a different alternative?

Since my TV is not in the database my installer used TV-375 codes. I'm not sure what this is and if it is correct. Does anyone know the proper codes to use for this model.

I'm trying to get the remote programmed so it jumps to the proper input without going to other inputs first.

Thanks for your help.

TV 375 is the discrete functions for samsung for model year 2005 and 2006. Try the other discrete function at the top of the model list in the IR database under TV:Samsung or a model similar to yours.

I too have a Samsung LNT 5265F just got it a few days ago. Just finished reprogramming my Pronto TSU 2000 (I know it's old but it gets the job done). I confronted the same problem that you are having and couldn't seem to get around having to toggle the "source" button to get the desired input. I did, however, find (@RemoteCentral)the ir codes for the TV.

In addition to simply inserting the ir codes, I inserted a 5 second delay before moving to the next TV command. The codes didn't seem to work with a shorter delay (I guess the TV has to internally cycle through the inputs - hence the delay - but I could be wrong on this). No longer need to toggle through the various inputs!

I hope this helps!

Here are the video input select codes:
