Wondering who's run into this issue.

By using Hex codes borrowed from RTI (neither URC database or Learning codes worked to do anything) I was able to control source selection, mute and volume up/down (but only one increment at a time).

Even using direct IR from the remote (bypassing RF) I was still not able to get ramping to work. Its been suggested to try using the rear ir input on the Pioneer, but I'm wondering what other tricks people have been successful with.

I have the previous generation Elite (84TXS) and using the codes in URC's database volume ramps fine (using rear IR input).

Have you tried double clicking the IR code and making sure "repeat while button is pressed" in checked?

Do that and change the repeats to more than the default 3.Ive also had success by partially learning a code halfway. Ie press and hold the oem button but don't point it at the urc remote till like a second after u press the button.

Thanks, tried the different learning techniques but couldn't get it to work, but glad to hear there has been some success (also tried the repeat while pressed and changed the repeat count higher and lower than 3). I'll try the rear input and cross my fingers.
