This is a great idea because I don't have to be inside
if I want to listen to something outside.

This is one of many reason that I put this together for the Fireball. I do have clients who have a laptop or a Dell AXIM glued to them at all times. And we have done a great deal of modulation to TV's around the house where they can see and control the music with the MX3000. But I also have some clients that want to pick up the remote and chose a album (hence the templete). This templete will also work very well with any multi disc changer.

I cant wait to see what 3b has come up with on the DMX3000.

Email me if you would like to see the templete.

I would like to see it. I just connected the MSC-400 with rs-232 and it is working great, sharing music from the clients pc and cd's and dvd's in their Sony 777. I also have their media being shared from their X-box so they can play the same music and view their pictures in another room if they need to. Although they will be using a display most of the time, it may be nice to access some presets I guess?

I have almost finished adding CD support for DMX-3000.
Is there anything special I should be aware should I try
to add Fireball support into DMX. I have a friend with
one that I could do my testing with but any help going
in would be great. ie. Macro style, certain settings that
need to be done for IR navigation of the Fireball, etc.

I would be happy to help. have an SE-D1 in the family room and a DVDM-100 in my dedicated theater room. Send me an email .

Thanks Bracken
