Ok, I got a MX810... But I can't find a way to download the editor software off of URC. The menu on the URC website does not show the 810 and it tells me that the S/N doesn't match any of the models listed... Where do I get the software????HELP!

You should be able to get the software from the same place you purchased the mx-810!
