Wow, that does look like a piece o' cake, and $11? Get out of town. I can't believe, especially in this economy, that the folks answering the phones at the computer shops around here don't tell you how cheap of a repair that is. I didn't ask but they implied that it wouldn't be worth it.

Yikes, even if they would charge like $50 to do it, I might have let them because of URC I have to have this old laptop and had no idea that I could repair it myself with any degree of practicality. I know they wouldn't be making a killing or anything but really, how long would it take, 5 minutes?
