They utilize the BitWise Controls (
www.bitwisecontrols.com) product to control AV gear. This is way easier to use than any of the fancy remotes on the market. I can never find the remote, but ALWAYS have my phone on me.
That's great! But how does the rest of the family control the system? Must be quite an undertaking just to watch a DVD or movie for a family of 5 or 6. What if the phone rings?
