Thanks Steve, really big of you. Wondering if you could help answer another question or two:
1) How do you determine which controller is being used? In this case the GRX-RS232 is controlling only one 3000 unit in an office.
2) What is the best command to executre on a "Raise+" button considering it needs to consist of a start and stop button.
