Just for completeness:
Step 2 (Download the CCF Decompiler & Compiler) is not required if you just want to use Super-Nudelist as only the CCFDll is required.
Step 5 is not required as when selecting the output CCF you can specify a filename that doesn't exist.
Also, several people have asked what to do if they need to press more than one button before or after the disc numbers. In this case you should create a button in your CCF (probably on a hidden panel somewhere) that does whatever needs to be done and then select that in SuperNudelist.
The Obscure Features section of the SuperNudelist webpage should also be read once you've got to grips with the basics as described here.
