I don't think it is too much to ask to continue to support your prior flagship product which was one of the most expensive remotes to purchase at the time for at least a few years. Many valuable customers purchased that product and still use it today - it isn't like it was a $20 item that is disposable. All that is needed is a 64 bit driver...everything else seems to work. To abandon your customers like this is simply unacceptable. I won't be buying another Philips remote.
