I am a DIYer, and have not taken a class. I have been doing all my programming for remotes (MX-500s, Prontos and RTI TC2/RP6), using IR, RF and RS-232 with multiple RP-6s. I am not aware of the online classes ... can a non-dealer sign up? A pointer would be welcome ...

I realize the question may have seemed simple, but there is reason to my "madness". Instead of "just coping and pasting the macro onto as many buttons as you want", it would be much more convenient to store a complex macro such as I described above ONCE, and be able to invoke it from anywhere. That way, as you debug it or change it with changing needs, it needs to be updated only in one place.

So, the question remains ... is it possible to "press" a button in a macro? So far, I've not found it ...

Thanks
