Unfortunately, none worked.
I had high hopes for two new codes (that I haven't tried yet) from your list, but alas, still no HDMI-2 on my WD73C9 (this is the 2009/2010 model). I've seen others with different sets find 007 to work, and I was hopeful for your 008 code, but my HDMI-2 is still ever elusive...anyone else?
