I'm using device 1250 on my OFA remote for my WD73C9 DLP TV, it seems to share many of the discrete codes with device 0150, too.
I've found HDMI-1 is 233
I've found HDMI-3 is 009
I've found HDMI-4 is 153
But, for the life of me, I can't find HDMI-2....any ideas?

Don't know if this will help, but here are some code from about 2006. For many brands of TVs, the names of the inputs change, but the EFCs tend not to. EFC | Key | 007 | HDMI 2 | 008 | Home | 009 | DTV | 020 | DVI | 036 | Ant 2 | 071 | Input 2 | 073 | Comp 1 | 135 | Input 3 | 153 | PC | 199 | Input 1 | 201 | Comp 2 | 231 | Ant 1 | 233 | HDMI1 |

Unfortunately, none worked.
I had high hopes for two new codes (that I haven't tried yet) from your list, but alas, still no HDMI-2 on my WD73C9 (this is the 2009/2010 model). I've seen others with different sets find 007 to work, and I was hopeful for your 008 code, but my HDMI-2 is still ever elusive...anyone else?
