I own a logitech 880 and a MX700 (many years ago) but had trouble with settings on both. Logitech support was great but ultimately got tired of so many calls as we tried to accomplish settings that should have been simple. I haven't used these in years but now have a coffee tables worth of remotes. I have to do something.
A buddy just picked up a Pronto 9600. He loves it but the programming of this remote worries me. I'm not scared of programming and actually like it IF IT ULTIMATELY WORKS. My system might be a tough one to program for a rookie. Here it is;
Pass Labs X350.5 amp. No remote on this dude
CarySLP-05 pre amp. an 8K dollar pre with the worst (cheapest) remote ever. Just need volume up and down
Transporter Slim Devices
Oppo BDP83SE
Comcast (I guess) Sat Tuner
Onkyo PR-SC885P prepro
Epson UB something projector
PS Audio Power plant Premier
Maybe it's not so tough?
I thought a touch screen would be nice and was looking at the MX3000 and the Logitech 1100.
