I understand if it was written this way that's all i'm saying if from the start they say here is a great remote for $400 but it will need professional services in order to get it started, I can accept that. I can buy Software for an organization but odds are that I will need professional services to implement it properly, and this would be quoted on the document that I sign at purchase(similar to the manual included that states go online and download), so I know that I am going to be facing T&M after the original cost. Like I said before I will get the software and not worried about it just upset the way it is documented.
