Why don't you just get it from the dealer where you bought it. If they refuse then return the remote. URC left the decision to give out the software to the dealers. If your dealer won't do it find one that will. There are plenty that sell on the internet.

RTI, Crestron, AMX, Elan, ?Control4 don't let their dealers give out the software an no one is complaining there. URC leaves it up to the dealer. If a dealer doesn't then don't buy from them.
