First off everyone complaining about acquiring the software as an end consumer has all the right in the world I just got mine and it does not state 1.anything on the Box about Not Including Software Not Having to rely someone else to get you the software(dealer) 2.The Instruction booklet says go download your software from URC's website Does not state only if you are a professional installer Does Not state you will need a Special Login
There are no warnings, no other indication that this $400+ remote will sit on my counter charging until I find the software and I will, all this did was piss me off Being a long time customer and directly responsible for selection of their equipment for more than 20 custom built Condos with AV systems, not huge but I know how to program these things, previous versions required to provide a SN and then dl, this is how it should be not to be a part of some cult that holds the keys to the Software. URC Is around NOT BECAUSE OF THE DEALERS. Remember without End Customers Everyone would just be using the weemote LOL
