I don't think you'll be able to do all of these with the cable remote. The question about using one of your existing remotes suggests that the R50 that JoeFlabitz recommends may have more capability than you want.

Here are 3 $20 or less remotes which will control (for sure, I checked) the TV, DVD, Sound Bar, and the Blu-Ray player. I suspect that there is a setup code for the Cablevision, but if not, you could learn the signals. The remote can toggle power for all of your components, and you can program macros to select the various inputs.

RCA RCRP05B, One ForAll URC-8820N or 10820N. WIth the OFA remotes, make sure you get a N suffix, and not B00.
