I got theese buttons to work by reworking the hex codes.
If you look in the rs232 document. Bit number 3 for primary/secondary must be set. I put it to primary and then reworked the BCCH/BCCL bits.

Audio + 02 49 2B 2B 00 00 00 03 41 32
Audio - 02 49 2D 2B 00 00 00 03 41 34
Subtitle + 02 4A 2B 31 00 00 00 03 41 39
Subtille - 02 4A 2D 31 00 00 00 03 41 42
