@ $200 your pretty much limited to the HTIB DVD/receiver hybrid thingys. Something like this will probably do the job of sounding better than the TV speakers but there is not a wireless rears option.
[Link: bestbuy.com]FYI its not a real surround receiver so your inputs and outputs are limited to an audio input. That means your cable or satellite box has to wire video directly to the TV and audio can route thru the HTIB.
This will suck because most of the HTIB;s dont have discrete commands so you will need 3 remotes (TV, sat or cable box, JVC HTIB).
If you save up to $600 then you could get a kit like this one that has a real receiver.
