I enjoy the fact that they're all uber-qualified to program the remote because they've done xyz-pqr, but come here to ask how to program the remote.

I also enjoy when they call URC and complain that they can't figure it out. And then come here to question why URC didn't want to give them the software in the first place.

And contrary to popular belief, the software has never been hard to come by. All the people complaining in this thread have it.
