I have sent a copy of every RMA that I have received from RTI back to them this year to see how far this goes up the chain. I love the product, but raise your hands if you can afford over 10k in lost labor a year plus all the other expense associated with defective product. We are looking at close to 20k when all said and done, I can think of better ways to spend 20k. Can you??
This was a tough year and this debacle just makes me sick to my stomach!! I have not done a comparison to last year yet. It was not nearly as bad, but many of the T3's we sold last year were part of this. How do you explain to a client you sold a house full of T3's and most of them went bad that you sell a quality product??
