T3 Dying? Help troubleshooting.

Going through my records for the last year I have sent back 13 T3's in the last year alone.. Only 2 were from being dropped. Sadly I have 2 more out there I need to get back in...

I have sent back over 30 defective RTI product back in 2009. Anyone good at math to guesstimate our costs on that??
